CONTRACT OF CARRIAGE
Once the solution is approved, we explain the terms of the contract in detail before it is signed. This document ensures clarity and compliance throughout the shipping process.

INITIAL CONTACT & PROPOSAL
The process starts with an initial contact where we gather your essential information. This allows us to offer you a perfectly tailored shipping solution, accompanied by a detailed and transparent quote.

RECEPTION & PLANNING
After the contract is signed, you can send your goods. We receive, inspect, and document your items, then plan the shipment: scheduling dates, coordinating with shipping companies, and managing logistics.

LOADING & DOCUMENTATION
We supervise the container loading process, verify any necessary adjustments, and prepare all export documents (such as the BL and B13). Digital copies are shared with you for complete transparency.

FOLLOW-UP, BILLING & CUSTOMER SERVICE
After the shipment, we issue the final invoice and provide full follow-up, including sending original documents. Our customer service team is available at every step to answer your questions, provide loading pictures and videos, and support you until final delivery.
